ServSafe® Food Handler Training

Upbeat and informative 3-hour course focused on Personal Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitizing and Safe Food Handling. Attendees will receive the Raise the Grade Certificate of Completion, and an end of course knowledge assessment designed to reinforce the understanding of "why" it is important to do the right things, the right way, every time. The ServSafe® Food Handler training covers five key areas:

Basic Food Safety
Personal Hygiene
Preventing Cross-Contamination & Controlling Allergens
The Importance Time & Temperature Control
Cleaning & Sanitizing

This 3-hour class and assessment is for all food service staff members. The main objective is to help reinforce the understanding of "why" it is important to do the right things, the right way, every time.

To make this training accessible and affordable for large, or small groups, we have abopted a flat rate pricing structure. This flat rate easily allows the training to be constructed for a class of 3, 10, or 100 individuals. The flat assessment is $250.00 plus $10 for each individual ServSafe® Food Handler guide given out for the training. Please contact us with any questions or areas of specific interest so we may adapt the food safety training to fit your specific operational needs.

To male this training accessible and affordable for large, or small groups, we have a flat rate of $300 per class.  This flat rate allows for in person training of a class of up to 30 individuals.  Please contact us with any questions or areas of specific interest so we may adapt the food safety training to fit your specific operational needs.

Highly interactive, instructor led class streamed live from a commercial kitchen. This live, instructor led, course DOES NOT have the flat fee required for in person classes and can be accessed from the student's home or workplace.  Students receive an end of course knowledge assessment and the RTG Certificate of Completion.
